The year’s most prominent singing search and the talented Sireesha Bhagavatula is on a roll these days. She is turning heads with back-to-back tracks with her latest love ballad and video song Meri Soulmate. Earlier, Sireesha stormed the music industry with her brilliant performance in the songs Phero Na Najariya and Ghodey Pe Sawaar with a retro feel in the Netflix film Qala.
The sweet romantic song ‘Meri Soulmate’ is composed and written by Deep Kalsi and sung by Deep Kalsi and Sireesha Bhagavatula. Together with Deep Kalsi, Sireesha gave the song Meri Soulmate the perfect blend of romance and soft music.
Earlier, Sireesha has been part of reality shows like Super Singer 6 (Tamil), Indian Idol Season 12. Afterwards, Sireesha made her playback singing debut with the songs Mathare in the Tamil film Bigil and Maanini in the Telugu. Later, she worked with AR Rehman in his 99 songs and Mani Ratnam’s directorial Ponniyin Selvan 1 song ‘Sye’. The versatile singer has been a part of many Hindi, Tamil and Telugu songs including Saakini Daakini‘s song Kadile Kadile.
The talented Sireesha had also recently appeared on Jay-Ho! The Jay Kumar Show where Sireesha spoke at length about her life and her leap from reality shows to Bollywood. She revealed how after elimination from the reality shows, she got the opportunity to work with the music titans like AR Rahman, Amit Trivedi, and others. She calls it her good fortune—that each opportunity to collaborate with these big-name musicians came serendipitously after she was eliminated from the singing reality shows she participated in.
