Check out the new trailer for The Penguin series! Even though we don’t see Batman, the city’s crime is on the rise. Collin Farrell is back as the sneaky nightclub owner, Oswald “Penguin” Cobblepot, in this thrilling show. Directed by Matt Reeves, who also directed The Batman, this series promises to be action-packed and full of surprises.

In the trailer, Farrell’s Penguin character shares a bit of his backstory. He talks about a gangster from his childhood who was a big deal in the neighborhood. This guy helped people and was well-loved. But when he passed away, the whole neighborhood honored him with a parade. It wasn’t fancy, but it showed how much he meant to everyone. Penguin wonders if he’ll ever be remembered like that.

The trailer gives us a glimpse of Penguin’s dark side, with scenes of violence and explosions. It ends with the message: “Max Original. The Penguin. This Fall.” While we don’t have an exact release date yet, we know it’s coming in Fall 2024.
