In a recent interview, popular TV actress Jennifer Winget opened up about auditioning for a role in the web series “The Night Manager” but not getting the part, which eventually went to Sobhita Dhulipala.

Aisa bahut baar hua hai (this has happened many times). And I loved the original show… And it had Aditya Roy Kapur! But it’s okay!”

Despite her disappointment, Jennifer emphasized that she has learned to accept such setbacks. “Of course, you feel upset and sad but life goes on and something better comes along. I truly believe that every time something has not worked out for me, something even better has happened,” she added.

The Hindi adaptation of the 2016 British thriller series was created by Sandeep Modi and also stars Anil Kapoor, Tillotama Shome, and Saswata Chatterjee, among others. The show is available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
