Surprisingly, Sanam Teri Kasam has also outperformed new releases like Loveyapa (₹2.35 crore) and Badass Ravikumar (₹3.15 crore), proving its enduring popularity among fans.
Harshvardhan Rane’s Emotional Response
Reacting to the unexpected success, lead actor Harshvardhan Rane shared his joy in an interview with Free Press Journal. He expressed that this achievement feels like a “soothing feeling.” Quoting a famous dialogue from Om Shanti Om, he said, “Agar sab thik na ho toh woh the end nahi hai, picture abhi baaki hai mere dost.”
Harshvardhan reflected on his journey, stating that after nine years of trying, failing, and trying again, this moment feels like a reward for his persistence. He also acknowledged filmmaker Farah Khan for writing the dialogue that now holds special meaning in his life.
