An unforgettable evening awaits Boston—one that will touch hearts, stir souls, and bring the community together like never before. HEARTBEATS, presented as a live-orchestra concert, is woven around the concept of everlasting and ever-changing rhythm and romance in Hindi cinema.

HEARTBEATS has been conceptualized and created by Rajiv Gangurde, a passionate musician and a community builder. A scientist by profession, Rajiv pursues music as a hobby. Participating and winning the ‘Boston Sargam’ singing competition in 2014, began a journey of combining his interest in music with community service. Over the past decade, Rajiv has created and participated in several concerts as fundraisers for Boston-based charities such as ‘Ekal Vidyalaya’, ‘Volunteering for Seniors’ and ‘We Care Charity’.

Recognized as one of the most versatile singers in Boston, Rajiv is as much at ease singing party numbers as he is at rendering soulful melodies.

Rajiv’s concerts are musical storybooks. Theme-based shows that present Boston’s local talent in the best light!

In HEARTBEATS, audiences will be treated to some of Boston’s most cherished voices. Ashwini Paranjape-Ranade, with her soulful and versatile singing, will transport listeners to the golden era of Bollywood, evoking memories and emotions that resonate deeply. Suzana Naik, a dynamic and radiant performer, will fill the stage with energy, romance, and rhythm, ensuring every note sparks excitement. Raghu Saranathan brings melody, richness, and a unique style that leaves audiences mesmerized. And, of course, Rajiv Gangurde himself will perform, sharing his love for music directly with the audience, making every moment personal and heartfelt.

The magic of HEARTBEATS is further amplified by Boston’s finest orchestra. Angshuman Parashar on bass provides deep, groovy rhythms that give life to every song. Bharat Lagu on tabla fuses Indian classical beats with contemporary melodies, bridging tradition with modernity. Hiral Parikh on Octapad layers the sound with excitement, while Manish Kurup’s guitar weaves romance and rhythm. Nikhil Pendharkar’s mastery on the keyboard ensures harmony flows effortlessly, and Raahil Parikh on drums sets the pulse, keeping the audience captivated from the first beat to the last. Together, they form a musical family that transforms every song into a shared celebration.

A special mention goes to Jawed Wahid, a familiar face in the Boston cultural scene. Known for managing sound and lights for musical concerts, Jawed’s expertise ensures that HEARTBEATS will not just be heard but truly experienced.
