About ‘Haq’

Haq is a gripping courtroom drama that goes beyond legal battles to question faith, equality, and truth. The story follows Shazia (Yami Gautam), a woman who defies societal norms and the judicial system in her quest for justice. Her fight leads her into a tense courtroom clash with her husband (Emraan Hashmi), a lawyer whose beliefs challenge her very cause.

Their confrontation becomes not just a legal duel, but a deeply personal conflict between love, conviction, and ideology — making Haq a powerful exploration of conscience and courage.
