Prime Video has officially revealed the much-anticipated teaser trailer and premiere date for Season Two of the critically acclaimed espionage thriller The Night Manager. Fans who have waited eight long years since the explosive Season One finale now have a reason to celebrate — the new season arrives on January 11, 2026.

The rollout begins with the first three episodes dropping on premiere day, followed by one new episode every Sunday. The six-episode season will stream exclusively on Prime Video worldwide (except the UK), while viewers in the UK can tune in on BBC and BBC iPlayer. The gripping finale is scheduled for February 1, 2026.

Tom Hiddleston Returns in a New Global Mission

Tom Hiddleston, who won a Golden Globe for his intense portrayal of former British intelligence operative Jonathan Pine, reprises his role for Season Two. Not only does he front the series again, but he also serves as an executive producer. The new season finds Pine living under a fresh identity — Alex Goodwin — navigating a world of shadows as he attempts to uncover a dangerous conspiracy threatening to destabilize an entire nation.

The international production spans multiple locations including the UK, Spain, Colombia, and France, promising breathtaking visuals, high-stakes action, and a charged storyline.

Stellar Returning and New Cast Members

In Season Two, Hiddleston reunites with Academy Award winner Olivia Colman, who returns as Angela Burr, the sharp and determined intelligence officer whose dynamic with Pine defined much of the first season.

The series expands its cast with impressive new additions:

  • Diego Calva (Babylon, Narcos: Mexico) — Golden Globe nominee
  • Camila Morrone (Daisy Jones & The Six) — Emmy nominee
  • Indira Varma (Obsession, Obi-Wan Kenobi)
  • Paul Chahidi (Wicked Little Letters, The Serpent Queen)
  • Hayley Squires (Adult Material, Beau Is Afraid)

Several fan-favourite actors from Season One also return, including:

Creative Team and Production Powerhouse

Season Two is created and executive produced by David Farr, based on the iconic characters created by legendary author John le Carré. The show is directed entirely by BAFTA winner Georgi Banks-Davies, known for her acclaimed work on I Hate Suzie and Paper Girls.

The series is produced by the award-winning studio The Ink Factory, in collaboration with Character 7, Demarest Films, and 127 Wall — along with Spanish partner Nostromo Pictures.

A powerhouse list of executive producers returns and expands, including:

  • Stephen Garrett (Lead Executive Producer, Character 7)
