The makers of Fauzi, starring Prabhas, have unveiled a striking new poster to mark the actor’s birthday, offering another glimpse into the film’s historical world. The poster features the superstar in a vintage military avatar, surrounded by flames, while a cryptic message teases a video revealing the identity of his character.
The birthday reveal has added to the anticipation surrounding the period drama, which is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. Alongside the poster, the makers announced that a video addressing the question “Who is he?” would be released the same day, giving audiences a closer look at the character Prabhas plays in the film.
Fauzi Poster Teases Prabhas’ Military Avatar
The new Fauzi poster adopts a fiery, vintage aesthetic. At its centre is an antique gold coin featuring a side-profile portrait of Prabhas in a military uniform, with flames surrounding the circular design.
The artwork includes the phrase “Most wanted since 1939” and the Devanagari text “अज्ञातपर्व.” It also carries the message “Declassifying File No. 025 Today,” suggesting that the upcoming video will reveal more about the mysterious figure at the heart of the story.
The film’s title appears below the coin as “Prabhas IN & AS Fauzi,” accompanied by the description that it is a story set in 1940s colonial India. Another prominent line reads, “A Battalion Who Fights Alone,” hinting at the military backdrop and the character’s solitary image.
Although the poster establishes a strong visual identity, it does not disclose the full character background or the circumstances behind the “Most wanted since 1939” tagline. Those details may become clearer when the promised video is released.
Fauzi Makers Tease a Character Reveal Video
The poster announcement was accompanied by a message from the makers teasing a video that would answer the question, “Who is he?” The caption read: “Declassifying File Num.: #25 ‘Who is he?’ – will be answered today with the video. Happy Birthday, #Fauzi. #Prabhas25 #HappyBirthdayPrabhas.”
The wording frames the character reveal as a classified-file disclosure, extending the mystery established by the poster. Rather than revealing the complete story, the campaign invites viewers to discover more about Prabhas’ military persona through the upcoming video.
The makers have not disclosed the full contents of the video in the supplied announcement. Until the video is available and its details can be verified, it is best to treat the poster as a character tease rather than confirmation of specific plot developments.
What Is Prabhas’ Fauzi About?
Fauzi is a historical drama set in colonial India during the 1940s. The newly released artwork places Prabhas in a military uniform and uses references to a battalion, a classified file and the year 1939 to establish the film’s period atmosphere.
The setting distinguishes the project from a contemporary action thriller, although the poster alone does not establish the full narrative, the historical events depicted or whether the story follows a real individual. More details about the character and plot are expected to emerge through official promotional material.
The film is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, known for his work on Telugu-language films including Sita Ramam. His collaboration with Prabhas has drawn attention from audiences awaiting further information about the scale and direction of the period drama.

Prabhas’ Birthday Reveal Builds Anticipation for Fauzi
The new poster gives Fauzi a distinctive visual identity through its antique coin design, flames and military imagery. Its references to 1939 and colonial India also establish a historical atmosphere without revealing too much about the story.
