Singer Aditya Narayan recently launched his latest music album Saansein, and opened up about his creative journey and the current music scene. In an exclusive chat, he shared his thoughts on staying true to one’s art in a world driven by numbers and algorithms.
Aditya Narayan: ‘Saansein’ Is About Emotion, Not Trends
Aditya Narayan’s new album Saansein begins with the song Bana Le Tera, which has already been released on YouTube. While talking about the album, Aditya made it clear that this project is close to his heart and not made to follow current music trends.
He shared that Saansein is a reminder for artists to focus on what truly moves them emotionally. According to him, music today often depends more on data, numbers, and algorithms, which sometimes pushes the real heart of music—its emotional connection—into the background.
Art Should Connect, Not Conform
Reflecting on the current state of the music industry, Aditya said, “Saansein is not here to start a trend. These days, music often revolves around data and algorithms. In that process, the real art sometimes takes a backseat.”
He added that while he respects all kinds of music and how the industry is evolving, there’s a need to keep the soul and honesty alive in the music-making process. For him, this album is a “quiet rebellion” and a way to encourage other artists to follow their true creative voice.
“Streams, views, and numbers are important, but they aren’t the full story,” he said. “At its core, art is meant to connect with people—it’s not meant to fit into a box.”
Why He Chose ‘Bana Le Tera’ as the First Song

When asked why Bana Le Tera was chosen as the first release, Aditya said it was purely based on instinct. “It just felt right,” he shared.
As an independent artist, Aditya believes the biggest challenge is staying true to your own voice. He said that it’s not easy to express what’s in your heart without outside influences, but that’s exactly what he aimed for with this album.
“You want people to feel what you feel, and that only happens when you’re honest in your expression,” he added.
What’s Next from ‘Saansein’?
The album Saansein has a total of eight songs, with Bana Le Tera being the first to go live. More tracks will be released soon, and fans can expect a blend of heartfelt lyrics, soulful tunes, and Aditya’s signature style.
For Aditya, this album isn’t just music—it’s a personal statement. He hopes it inspires other musicians to create from the heart, without worrying too much about trends and numbers.
Stay tuned for more tracks from Saansein and updates from Aditya Narayan as he continues to follow his passion and share it with the world.
