The sequel to the 2012 hit movie “OMG,” the upcoming film is expected to be a stellar entertainer, with an ensemble cast including Pankaj Tripathi, Arun Govil, and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles.
Akshay Kumar recently surprised his fans by sharing the first look of Yami Gautam as a lawyer from the film. Promising even more, he announced that the teaser would be unveiled soon. In an Instagram post, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Bas kuch dino mein (coming in a few days) OMG 2 in theaters on August 11. Teaser drops soon.”
“OMG 2” is written and directed by Amit Rai and features the talented Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi alongside Akshay Kumar. As a sequel to the original film that starred Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar, the storyline promises to captivate audiences once again. In the original film, Akshay portrayed the character of Lord Krishna.
OMG 2 Clash with Gadar 2
While the release of “OMG 2”, it is worth noting that it will face competition at the box office with Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s “Gadar 2.” In addition to this, Rajinikanth’s Tamil action film “Jailer” is set to hit theaters a day before the release of “OMG 2,” on August 10.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt’s Hollywood debut film “Heart of Stone” will be available for streaming on Netflix from August 11, adding further excitement to the entertainment landscape.
