The much-anticipated first look of Ranveer Singh as Don in the upcoming film “Don 3” was officially revealed by director Farhan Akhtar on August 9. The unveiling came with a video that introduced Ranveer’s character, triggering a diverse range of responses from netizens.
Fans applauded Ranveer’s captivating first look, yet others said that Shah Rukh Khan’s irreplaceable presence remains synonymous with the Don franchise.
In the teaser, Ranveer is shown seated, his back to the camera, donning a jacket and boots while lighting a cigarette. Uttering the iconic “11 mulkon ki police” dialogue, he introduces himself as Don.
Ranveer also shared the video across his official social media platforms with the caption, “A New Era Begins. #Don3.” However, opinions diverged as a user noted, “It’s okay to reboot the franchise, but using the title Don 3 shows you makers are misusing SRK’s stardom, SRK will always remain the iconic Don.”
