A Memorable Return to College
On Saturday, Kartik posted a video from his visit to DY Patil University in Mumbai, where he received his long-awaited degree. The video showed him celebrating with students, dancing, and reflecting on his college days. Kartik enrolled in the engineering course years ago, but his acting career took off, delaying his graduation. After more than 10 years, he was finally able to complete his degree, and the moment was filled with joy and nostalgia.
From Backbench to Stage
In the video, Kartik shared how far he had come in his journey, writing, “From sitting in the backbench to standing on the stage for my convocation – what a journey it’s been.” He thanked the university, his teachers, and fellow students for their support, saying, “DY Patil University, you gave me memories, dreams, and now, finally, my degree (only took over a decade!).”
Wearing a personalized college jersey with his name on it, Kartik looked excited as he spoke to the enthusiastic students in the auditorium. The moment became even more special when he joined the students on stage and danced to the lively song from his movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
