I was the junior copywriter in some ad agency, he says.For many years, I went door to door selling books. I delivered tuition from home to home around the city. And it was there that I gained a valuable life lesson in humility.
As a result of all that was occurring to me, my ego was crushed. You never anticipate having doors slammed in your face, experiencing abuse, being shoved or kicked, or having so many other things happen to you. And not just for a year or two, but for ten, fifteen, or eighteen long years. The dilemma of survival arose at that point, and I began to impart acting lessons. Because when you are constantly abused, you start to doubt your own abilities. You then consider, “If you don’t get outside right away, you’ll get sick.” due to the fact that you cannot take it continuously throughout your life.
