Fan-favourite duo Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma are all set to reunite on the big screen with the upcoming comedy Rahu Ketu. Ever since the first look was unveiled, the film has been generating strong buzz, and the excitement has now doubled with the release of its latest song, Yaari Yahi Hai.

A Song That Captures True Friendship

Released on December 16, Yaari Yahi Hai is a heartfelt ode to friendship. The music video traces the journey of Pulkit and Varun’s characters through different phases of their bond—road trips through lush green mountains, sharing momos by a riverside, standing by each other in tough times, and even navigating inevitable arguments. The visuals strike an emotional chord, portraying the highs and lows that define genuine friendships.

The makers shared the song with the caption, “Jo saath nibhaye har mod par, wahi hoti hai asli yaari. #YaariYahiHai is out now!” Composed by Abhijit Vaghani, penned by Bhrigu Parashar, and sung by Armaan Malik, the track blends warmth with nostalgia, making it instantly relatable.

About Rahu Ketu

Directed by Vipul Vig, Rahu Ketu brings together folklore-inspired elements with contemporary humour. Set amid everyday chaos, the film marks Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma’s reunion after their popular collaboration in the Fukrey franchise.

Alongside the lead duo, the film also stars Shalini Pandey, Piyush Mishra, Chunky Pandey, Amit Sial, and Manurishi Chaddha in key roles.

What the Makers Say

Umesh Kumar Bansal, CBO of Zed Studios, shared,
“At Zed Studios, we’re committed to championing stories that break the clutter while staying deeply connected to Indian audiences. Rahu Ketu does exactly that. It taps into our cultural belief systems with a playful twist and brings together a lead cast that’s loved for their comic timing.”

Producer Suraj Singh of BLive Productions added,
“From the start, we knew Rahu Ketu needed a team that could balance heart, satire, and scale. Vipul’s vision does exactly that, giving audiences something genuinely new to experience.”
