A beautiful tribute to love, craftsmanship, and rare diamonds
Designer Rahul Mishra returned to Paris Haute Couture Week for the Fall/Winter 2025 season with a collection that was as emotional as it was elegant. Teaming up with Tanishq Diamonds, Mishra unveiled a breathtaking line called Becoming Love—a blend of fashion, art, and heartfelt storytelling.
Inspired by the Seven Stages of Love
The collection draws inspiration from the seven stages of love described in Sufi philosophy: attraction, infatuation, surrender, reverence, devotion, obsession, and death. Through rich fabrics, delicate embroidery, and meaningful design, Mishra brought these powerful emotions to life. Each outfit told a story, turning the runway into a journey through love in its many forms.
A Sparkling Collaboration
What made this collection even more special was the collaboration with Tanishq Diamonds, one of India’s most renowned jewellery brands. Together, Rahul Mishra and Tanishq created something magical—fashion that sparkles both in design and in meaning.

“This collaboration has grown naturally over the years,” Mishra shared. “We both value the beauty of Indian craftsmanship and want to bring that to the world.”
The collection seamlessly combined Mishra’s detailed couture with Tanishq’s dazzling diamonds. The result was a luxurious and soulful celebration of Indian artistry with a modern global twist.
Introducing: Radiance in Rhythm
Tanishq’s special diamond line for the show was called Radiance in Rhythm. Bold, creative, and elegant, the jewellery was designed for the confident, modern woman. Using rare natural diamonds and vibrant gemstones, each piece was made to be both timeless and contemporary.
“Radiance in Rhythm is more than just jewellery—it’s a statement,” said Revathy Kant, Chief Design Officer at Titan Company Limited. “Presenting this collection at Paris Haute Couture Week is a proud moment for us.”
A Celebration of Colour and Craft

The runway glowed with brilliant gemstones in every colour. From fiery rubies and glowing orange sapphires to deep blue tanzanites and bright green emeralds, each stone brought the collection to life. Accents of aquamarine, malachite, citrine, and amethyst added extra sparkle, making every piece feel like a wearable piece of art.
The jewellery was set into modern silhouettes that honoured traditional techniques. Each design was carefully handcrafted to perfection, showing off the kind of detail that only true artisans can achieve.
Designed in India, Made for the World
Pelki Tshering, Chief Marketing Officer at Tanishq, explained the global vision behind the collaboration: “Jewellery can tell stories that cross borders. This show in Paris was about celebrating India’s rich design legacy in a way that speaks to audiences everywhere.”
This was Tanishq’s third appearance at Paris Haute Couture Week, and it marked a new chapter in the brand’s international journey. With this partnership, both Tanishq and Rahul Mishra hope to bring Indian artistry to a bigger stage, while staying true to their roots.
A Poetic Showcase

The entire collection felt like poetry in motion. Some pieces were inspired by famous artist Gustav Klimt, reinterpreted through Mishra’s unique vision and handcrafted in local workshops across India. Sculptural shapes were formed using traditional metal techniques, giving each piece a blend of old-world charm and modern elegance.
Highlights included a show-stopping diamond lace necklace worn by actor Lisa Haydon. Inspired by icy mountains and soft pink kunzite gems, the necklace shimmered with delicate tourmalines. On the other end of the spectrum, rapper Cardi B turned heads in a bold rose tourmaline set. The deep red stones danced with diamonds and swirled in patterns of white gold, bringing a dramatic flair to the runway.

Rahul Mishra Honouring Heritage, Reaching the World
This collaboration was more than just a fashion show—it was a heartfelt celebration of Indian culture and craftsmanship. Through detailed designs, rare diamonds, and emotional storytelling, the collection touched on universal themes of love and beauty.
Rahul Mishra summed it up perfectly: “Our showcase in Paris is a symbol of what happens when tradition, innovation, and creativity come together. It’s a celebration of our shared cultural story, and a step toward taking that story to the world.”
