He added that working with Salim-Sulaiman and Javed Akhtar on this project was an emotional experience, as the song is meant to “honor the memory of Indian soldiers who gave everything for the nation.”

About 120 Bahadur

Based on true events, 120 Bahadur chronicles the extraordinary courage of 120 Indian soldiers from the 13 Kumaon Regiment who fought the legendary Battle of Rezang La during the 1962 Indo-China War.

Farhan Akhtar plays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, the leader who inspired his men to hold their ground till the very end. The film highlights their unwavering spirit and sacrifice, anchored by the line that echoes through every frame — “Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge.”

Directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai, 120 Bahadur is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment), and Amit Chandrra (Trigger Happy Studios). The film is set for a worldwide theatrical release on November 21, 2025.
