As Farah walked through the bungalow, she couldn’t help but say it looked just like the set of the movie Om Shanti Om. Sonu smiled and confirmed, “Yes, it’s inspired by that only.” The house is grand, yet welcoming, with every corner telling a story.
Rooms Full of Personality
Sonu has two sons—Ishant and Ayaan—and each has a beautifully designed room. Ishant’s room has a grey theme and a large window. Farah called it “classy,” while Ishant joked that he used the window to sneak in and out when he was younger.
Ayaan’s room is cozy with wooden flooring and opens onto a lovely balcony surrounded by green plants and even a mango tree! One wall features an anime painting that Farah loved so much, she said it looked like it was worth “lakhs and lakhs.” Sonu explained the touching story behind it—it was made by a fan he had helped move to Mumbai.
A Media Room Full of Memories
Next, Farah visited Sonu’s small media room. With a white sofa set and a TV, it’s where Sonu holds meetings for his film work. But what really stood out was a unique thread painting gifted by a fan who traveled from Sonu’s hometown just to give it to him. It’s clear that Sonu treasures the gifts his fans give him.
A Whole Room Just for Shoes!
Sonu Sood is a big sneaker fan. So big, in fact, that he has an entire room just for his shoe collection! All the sneakers are neatly arranged in a see-through wardrobe. When Farah asked if they all belonged to him, he laughed and said he now shares them with his sons, since they all wear the same size.

The house also features a modern kitchen with air conditioning. Right next to it is a small temple space—a quiet, peaceful corner that brings balance to the stylish home.
