Full-Stack Software Developer

We are looking for hands-on developers with strong experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript development, particularly Next.js and React.

You will work closely with our technology team to develop, enhance and maintain the Jay-Ho.Com platform while contributing to new products and capabilities as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React
• Build clean, responsive and intuitive user interfaces
• Develop and integrate APIs and backend services
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code
• Work with databases and application data
• Optimize applications for speed, performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Work with Git-based development and deployment workflows
• Collaborate with the team from requirement through development, testing and release
• Maintain high standards for application security and reliability

You should be comfortable understanding a requirement, asking intelligent questions, suggesting better approaches when appropriate, and taking ownership of your work from development through deployment.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are important.

Candidates should be able to show examples of applications, platforms or meaningful features they have personally developed.
