QA & Software Testing Engineer

You will work closely with our development team to test web and mobile-based applications, identify issues, verify fixes and help ensure that every release is reliable, intuitive and ready for real-world use.

The role will include testing of QR code and scanning-based functionality, along with broader platform testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, regression and end-to-end testing
• Test web applications across desktop and mobile devices
• Test QR code generation, reading and scanning functionality
• Identify, document and reproduce bugs clearly
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases
• Create and maintain test cases and testing checklists
• Test across different browsers, devices and screen sizes
• Validate application workflows and user experience
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues
• Participate in pre-release and post-release quality checks
• Help improve overall testing processes and product reliability

• Experience in software QA or application testing
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies
• Experience testing modern web applications
• Experience with mobile/browser/device compatibility testing
• Familiarity with QR codes, scanners or camera-based applications is an advantage
• Ability to write clear bug reports with reproducible steps
• Understanding of APIs and basic API testing
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman
• Basic understanding of JavaScript/web technologies is helpful
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
