Hrithik Roshan took to Instagram and talked about mental health on World Mental Health Day. The Bollywood heartthrob admitted to putting ‘years into therapy’. He further elaborated that therapy has helped him to grow as a person and also enhanced his career.
Sharing his photo, the actor wrote, “Today is mental health day. I just wanna say that I wouldn’t be here making each day count, being productive, being kind (to myself too), being at peace, taking on challenges, getting better at work, at life, at living, if it wasn’t for the years I have put into therapy.”
Incidentally, Hrithik is awaiting his upcoming release, Fighter, also starring Anil Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is India’s first aerial action flick.
