And furthermore, this time, she will perform live in Suriname on February 11 with Nachiket Lele, a highly talented and lyrical voice, who will be accompanying her. On Indian Idol season 12, Sireesha Bhagavatula and Nachiket Lele both made appearances and consistently charmed both judges and audiences. Though their stints on Indian Idol did not go very far, their careers as emerging singers are flourishing quite well. Indeed, as a special guest at Jay-Ho! The Jay kumar Show, Sireesha revealed how her eviction from the competition gave her the chance to work with renowned musician Amit Trivedi, and as a result, the songs for the film “Qala” were composed.
A few days ago, Sireesha sang the timeless song Bole Re Papihara from the classic film Guddi as an homage to the late vocalist Vani Jairam. Paying condolences to the family, Sireesha wrote, “We have lost yet another gem. Vani Jairam ji is no more amongst us. A voice that has enthralled us for many years has left us heartbroken. Her sweet and gentle nature was so evident in her voice. You will always be remembered. Singing before her is a bliss. Heartfelt condolences to the family.”
