Actor and philanthropist, Sonu Sood is a very well-known figure in society and is renowned for his benevolence to others. Sonu is revered by the people for his work during the Covid pandemic and for the way he assisted others. And most recently, the valiant Indian Army soldiers who protect the entire country paid a very remarkable tribute to the “Messiah” from the peak of the Himalayan mountain.
Indian Army soldiers inscribed “Real Hero Sonu Sood.” on the snow-covered height of the Himalayas. On this special tribute, Sonu expressed his gratitude to the Indian Army, saying it has made him feel humbled. On social media, he posted a number of images showing the jawans on snow-covered mountains with the words “Real Hero Sonu Sood” hand-written in the snow and dressed warmly for the extreme cold. Overwhelmed with love, Sonu captioned the image: “Somewhere in the Himalayas. These pictures made my day. Humbled. My Inspiration Indian Army #indianarmy #himalaya.”
Sonu’s humanitarian efforts during the pandemic won the public’s love and appreciation for all he did, from assisting migrants in reaching their homes to arranging for patients’ access to medications and other Covid relief supplies.
Sonu’s upcoming acting project is the action movie “Fateh.” The official release date of the Vaibhav Mishra-directed movie is still awaiting.
With regards to Sonu Sood’s New Year’s celebration, he wished the people for a great year ahead and also made an apology. He tweeted, “Able to save and heal 10117 people in the last one year. Apologies to those I could not reach. May God give us strength to do better in 2023. Best wishes for the new year.” Twitter users responded to his remark by referring to him as a real hero. “Real heroes for the people,” said one user. Man has a heart of gold, said another user.
