There seems to be no dearth of love and appreciation for SS Rajamouli’s RRR which has stormed the worldwide box office, earned over Rs 1200 crore, and has become a huge phenomenon across the globe. The stars Ram Charan and Junior NTR are basking in praise and recently Ram Charan earned the epithet of ‘Brad Pitt of India’ for his performance as Alluri Sitarama Raju in RRR.
The comparison was made when Charan appeared on a segment of KTLA Entertainment’s show in Los Los Angeles promoting RRR. The host then asked him, “You have been referred to as the Brad Pitt of India, do you like that designation?” to which Ram Charan had the most adorable reaction. Blushing and smiling, Charan said, “I mean I like Brad Pitt for sure.” The reaction clip has gone viral on twitter and social media and people have been firebombing the comments section with all sorts of emojis.
The actor also took to social media and shared a few glimpses from the show. He wrote, “Soaking in the LA vibe! Thank you @ktlaENT for having me. @RRRMovie back in theaters all across the United States starting March 3, catch us on the big screens once again.”
The movie has also made many milestones becoming the first Indian film to be nominated for the prestigious Oscars for Best Original Song for its track “Naatu Naatu”, which has also won a Golden Globe award in the Best Song category.
