The music album of Udta Teer, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, is now out, bringing five tracks to listeners ahead of the film’s theatrical release on October 23, 2026. Composed by Sachin-Jigar with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, the soundtrack moves across different musical styles, from contemporary hip-hop to romantic melodies and patriotic sounds.
Among the album’s key tracks are Chann, featuring Arijit Singh, and Choozay, featuring rapper Emiway Bantai. The collection also includes Jai Hind, which introduces a patriotic note to a soundtrack designed to complement the film’s chaotic comedy premise.
Udta Teer Album: Chann and Choozay Lead the Soundtrack
One of the tracks drawing attention is Chann, featuring Arijit Singh. The song brings a melodic Punjabi flavour to the album, offering a contrast to the more energetic tracks. Early listener responses cited in entertainment discussions have been positive, although its longer-term popularity will become clearer after the film’s release.
In contrast, Choozay, featuring Emiway Bantai, adds a contemporary hip-hop edge to the soundtrack. Its energetic style gives the album a different musical identity and broadens the range of sounds associated with the film.
The inclusion of both artists gives Udta Teer a mix of established playback singing and modern rap. Rather than relying on one musical mood, the album aims to appeal to listeners with varied tastes.
Jai Hind Adds a Patriotic Note to Udta Teer
Another notable inclusion is Jai Hind, a patriotic track that offers a different tone from the album’s more contemporary and melodic numbers. Its presence is particularly relevant to a story involving a Pakistani spy who loses his memory and becomes caught up in chaos on the Indian side.
The soundtrack’s range reflects the film’s unusual premise, which combines comedy with a spy-related storyline. However, how closely each song connects with the narrative will become clearer when audiences watch the full film.
Trade analyst Nishit Shaw has also praised the soundtrack’s variety, according to the supplied report. The album’s combination of different musical styles gives the film’s promotional campaign another talking point ahead of its theatrical debut.
