Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3, the superhit Spy thriller of Yash Raj Films will soon release a prelude to its official trailer in the form of a message from Tiger according to a Pinkvilla report.
The film that follows Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai also has Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in pivotal roles.
Yash Raj Films is seemingly building its Spy Universe by interconnecting the stories of its three Spymasters –Tiger, Kabir, and Pathaan. Megastar Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 comes after the events of Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan, and will be carrying forward the promise of a high-octane action entertainer that has hitherto not been experienced by the Indian audience.
Tiger Ka Message will be a short video to be released on 27 September in which agent Tiger will talk to the audience and give them his message. It will also give the viewers a glimpse into the world of Tiger 3.
According to a source, Ek Tha Tiger and its sequel Tiger Zinda Hai’s huge success at the box office gave Aditya Chopra an idea to incorporate the two other spy agents, Kabir (aka. Hrithik Roshan) from War and Pathaan (aka. Shah Rukh Khan) from Pathaan into this mega-franchise.
Media and critics are already hyping up the movie. Some movie critics are speculating this film could surpass the lifetime collections of blockbuster hits like Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, RRR, Pathan, and KGF Chapter 2. Tiger 3 is supposed to be Salman’s biggest onscreen opening.
The crossover of characters started with Pathaan, by bringing the two Bollywood icons, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan into an action sequence of the film. This started building momentum for YRF’s Spy Universe. Tiger 3, directed by Maneesh Sharma was supposed to be released in April this year but got postponed. Tiger 3 is now set to hit the theaters on Diwali.
