Ekta Kashmire is an India-based Hindi and Nimadi writer, folk singer, blogger, and voice-over artist whose work celebrates the soul of Indian music and cultural heritage. She writes with deep sensitivity on Indian music, eminent music personalities, and the richness of regional folk traditions—especially the living legacy of the Nimadi language. For over three years, Ekta has been actively associated with leading literary and cultural platforms, including the Indore Literature Festival, where she has represented Nimadi language and folklore, bringing regional voices to a wider cultural dialogue. Currently, she is pursuing formal training in classical music at Sangeet Gurukul, further enriching her artistic and musical journey. Through her writing and music, Ekta bridges tradition and contemporary expression, preserving stories, sounds, and traditions that deserve to be heard and remembered.
